Tiffin Delivery Executive

As a delivery boy, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to their designated locations. You will be expected to adhere to delivery schedules, follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, and provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

Pick up items from the designated location and ensure they are properly loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

Plan the most efficient route for delivery, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions.

Safely drive the delivery vehicle to the destination while following all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Unload items from the delivery vehicle and deliver them to the recipient's address.

Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from the recipient as required.

Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions and addressing concerns from recipients.

Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues to management.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Follow all company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role is preferred.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with recipients.

Good time management and organizational skills to plan delivery routes efficiently.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Delivery drivers often work in a variety of weather conditions and may need to navigate through heavy traffic or difficult terrain. They spend a significant amount of time driving and may need to lift and carry heavy items during deliveries. This role typically involves full-time hours, but part-time and flexible schedules may also be available.
