Return and Refund Policy for TiffiT Service


1. Returns

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality and delicious meals. If you are dissatisfied with your tiffin delivery for any reason, please contact us immediately at info@tiffit.com/+91-9355003005 within 30 mins of receiving your order. We will work with you to address your concerns and find an appropriate solution.

2. Refunds

a. Quality Issues

If you receive a meal that does not meet our quality standards or if there is a mistake in your order, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement meal, based on your preference.

b. Cancellation Policy:

To be eligible for a refund due to cancellation, you must notify us of the cancellation at least 12 hour before the scheduled delivery. Refunds for cancellations made within this time frame will be processed promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Item

Refunds will not be issued for meals that have been partially or fully consumed

b. Late Cancellations:
